Seven Seas Active 55 Procomplex uses a triple action formula to help support Cartilage, Bone and Muscle Health. Glucosamine is found in healthy cartilage, particularly in the fluid around the joints. However most diets don’t naturally contain any glucosamine. By ingesting glucosamine supplements, you give your body an additional dose of glucosamine.

Triple action formula supports:
1. Cartilage Health: Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage
2. Bone Health: Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones
