Nicorette Invisible Patch 10mg 7s is an aid to help smokers give up cigarettes. This Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) helps to relieve withdrawal symptoms and cravings associated with stopping intake of nicotine. The 10mg patch works over a 16-hour period to help smokers of less than 20 cigarettes a day. Nicorette patches release nicotine slowly through the skin. Sometimes the 10mg Patch are used together with either Nicorette 2mg Gum or Nicorette 10mg Inhaler for the treatment of tobacco dependence as part of a stop smoking programme. t’s a transdermal patch, meaning it delivers a specific amount of nicotine through the skin and into the bloodstream, once applied.
Nicorette delivers a dose of therapeutic nicotine to help you quit. As your body gradually adjusts to getting less nicotine, you’ll step down the amount you take until the day when you don’t need any at all. Nicorette helps you quit smoking by gradually stepping down your exposure to nicotine. When used as directed, it can double your chances of success. The nicotine patch helps by replacing some of the nicotine you would normally get from smoking; it can help to manage cravings. Using the nicotine patch can also help to manage some of the other symptoms of nicotine withdrawal when you quit such as difficulty concentrating, frustration, restlessness and anxiety.
When you quit smoking, the health benefits start right away.

After 15 years
The risk of having a heart attack is the same as a non-smoker. If you smoke 20 cigarettes a day, a mugful of tar will build up in your lungs over the course of a year. The toxic chemicals in this tar cause cancer. When you give up smoking, your lungs quickly fight back by coughing up tar.
