The lens filters have to be replaced after every reading to guarantee hygienic and accurate results. To ensure improved safety for the user each filter is CE marked, BPA free, and Latex free. High fever in children is usually a sign of infection, which can be either viral or bacterial. If temperature readings are in the red range you should speak with a doctor whether or not there are symptoms. If readings are in the yellow range and the baby or child also feels sick, you should speak to a doctor to find out whether or not you need to come in for further consultation and assessment. If readings are in the green range and there are no other symptoms, there’s no need to consult a doctor.
